Ingredients
  

  • 1 pointed pepper finely chopped
  • 100 g ajvar
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves pressed
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

  • Prepare the base: In a medium bowl, combine feta, cream cheese, and milk. Mash together with a fork until smooth and creamy.
  • Add flavor: Stir in the pressed garlic, ajvar, finely chopped pointed pepper, parsley, and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Plate and top: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with chili flakes, chopped chives, and drizzle lightly with honey and chili oil.
  • Serve: Serve immediately with fresh bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
