Ingredients
  

  • 300g chinese noodles
  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
  • 4 tbsp hot rapeseed oil

Instructions
 

  • Toast the Sesame Seeds: In a dry skillet overmedium heat, toast the sesame seeds until they turn golden brown andfragrant.
  • Heat the Rapeseed Oil: In a small saucepan, heat the hot rapeseed oil until it reaches approximately 338°F (170°C). Be cautious when handling hot oil to avoid burns.
  • Prepare the Sauce: In a large heatproof bowl, combine the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, chili flakes, minced garlic, grated ginger, and Sriracha sauce. Mix well.
  • Cook the Noodles: Cook your noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Combine Ingredients: Once the oil is hot, carefully pour it over the sauce mixture in the bowl. The hot oil will help to release the flavors of the garlic, ginger, and other ingredients.
  • Add the Noodles: Finally, add the cooked noodles to the bowl with the flavorful sauce and aromatic ingredients. Tosseverything together until the noodles are thoroughly coated in thedelectable sauce.
