Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice of bread (sourdough or your favorite)
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2-3 slices of bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for toasting the bread)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan over medium heat, drizzle with olive oil, and toast the bread slices until golden and crispy. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine boiled eggs, sriracha sauce, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mash with a fork until the mixture is well blended but still slightly chunky.
  • In the same pan, cook the bacon until it’s crispy. Once cooked, let it cool and crumble it into small pieces.
  • Spread the mashed egg mixture generously over the toasted bread.
  • Layer with fresh avocado slices.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top.
  • Drizzle lightly with honey for a hint of sweetness.
  • Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture. Pair with a cup of coffee or tea for the ultimate breakfast experience.
