Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice of sourdough or artisan bread
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 3 thin slices of mortadella
  • 1 small ball of burrata cheese (about 4 oz)

  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
