Ingredients
  

For the Lettuce Wraps:

  • 4 large iceberg lettuce leaves washed and patted dry
  • 6 slices of crispy bacon
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce or adjust to taste

For the Creamy Egg Salad:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 pickles finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Make the Egg Salad: In a bowl, mix together the chopped eggs, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, pickles, and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well until creamy and flavorful.
  • Prep the Wrap Base: Lay a piece of baking paper or parchment paper on a clean surface. Place the two iceberg lettuce leaves in the center, slightly overlapping to form your “wrap base.”
  • Assemble the Wrap: Layer the crispy bacon on the lettuce first. Add 2 tablespoons of egg salad, followed by sliced red onion and avocado. Drizzle with sriracha for a spicy kick.
  • Wrap and Roll: Use the baking paper to help you fold the lettuce wrap tightly, just like a burrito. Slice it in half, and enjoy immediately—or wrap it up to take on the go!
