Prepare the base: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Unroll the puff pastry on a clean, flat surface.
Add the fillings: Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pastry, keeping a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella over the sauce, then layer the bacon evenly on top. Finish with freshly chopped parsley.
