Ingredients
  

  • 250 g beetroot
  • 1 romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 persian cucumber sliced
  • 2 tbsp dill chopped
  • 100 g cubed
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • 1 handful of walnuts roasted

Dressing:

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • Salt, pepper, chili flakes to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine beetroot, romaine lettuce, cucumber, dill, waknuts, and red onion.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, honey, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Top with feta cheese and serve immediately.
