  • 1/2 ball of Burrata cheese
  • 1/2 ripe peach grilled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • A pinch of salt
  • Honey for drizzling
  • A pinch of chili flakes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Butter and Toast the Bread: Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Toast the bread until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
