Ingredients
  

For the Fries

  • 400 g crinkle-cut fries
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 slices cheddar cheese

For the Beef Filling

  • 300 g ground beef
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • ½ chili flakes adjust to taste
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup water

For the Fresh Salsa

  • ½ onion diced
  • 8 cherry tomatoes diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste

For the Creamy Burger Sauce

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp onion finely diced
  • 1 tbsp pickles finely diced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

For the Avocado Sauce

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ lime juiced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tbsp water as needed for consistency

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Fries: Cook crinkle-cut fries in the air fryer until golden and crispy, then season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Melt the Cheese: Place cheddar slices over the hot fries and bake briefly until melted and gooey.
  • Make the Beef Filling: In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped onion until soft, stir in minced garlic, add ground beef and cook until browned, then mix in bell peppers, tomato paste, cumin, smoked paprika, paprika powder, chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, pour in water, and simmer until thickened and flavorful.
  • Make the Fresh Salsa: Combine diced onion, tomatoes, and cilantro, add lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and set aside to let the flavors meld.
  • Make the Creamy Burger Sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, diced onion, pickles, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  • Make the Avocado Sauce: Blend avocado, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and water until smooth and drizzle-ready.
  • Assemble the Taco Loaded Fries: Place hot, crispy fries in a bowl, top with cheddar slices and briefly bake until melted, spoon the warm taco beef over the cheese, add fresh salsa and creamy burger sauce on the side, drizzle with avocado sauce, and serve immediately while hot and crispy.
