Ingredients
  

  • 2 Persian cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 100 g marinated shrimp
  • 1 ripe avocado diced
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic finely grated
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Assemble the Salad in the Jar: Using a mandoline directly over the jar, slice the cucumber rounds into the base, then slice the red onion right on top. Add the diced avocado and halved shrimp, and sprinkle with chopped dill.
  • Add the Dressing: Squeeze fresh lime juice over the layers, then add cream cheese, a little mayonnaise for extra creaminess, honey, chili oil, sesame seeds, and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Serve: Seal the jar if you’re prepping ahead, or enjoy it immediately. Give it a good shake or stir so the dressing coats everything evenly, then dig in!
