Ingredients
  

  • 120 g tagliatelle
  • 120 g mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic sliced
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 40 g baby spinach
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 250 ml cooking cream (7%)
  • 250 ml vegetable broth
  • Parmesan for serving

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to the pan: Place the pasta, mushrooms, onion, garlic, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes into a deep sauté pan or pot. Add the cream cheese and sprinkle in Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the liquids: Pour in the cooking cream and vegetable broth, then gently stir to combine and make sure the pasta is mostly submerged.
  • Cook covered: Cover the pan and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally so the pasta cooks evenly and doesn’t stick to the bottom.
