  • 90 g cooked rice (prepared according to package instructions)
  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 avocado smashed with salt and pepper
  • 1 fried egg

  • Combine the cooked rice, chili oil, and rice vinegar in a bowl. Mix well to evenly coat the rice.
  • Preheat a waffle iron.
  • Grease the waffle iron lightly to prevent sticking.
  • Place half of the rice mixture in the center of the waffle iron and press down firmly.
  • Cook for 7-10 minutes, or until the rice waffle is golden and crispy. Repeat for the second waffle.
  • In a bowl, smash the avocado with a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
  • Spread the smashed avocado over the crispy rice waffles.
  • Top each with a fried egg.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle with sriracha for an extra kick.
