Ingredients
  

For the Salad:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 Persian cucumber diced
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 15 green olives pitted
  • 100 g feta cheese cubed

For the Dressing:

  • 3 extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice about ½ lemon
  • 2 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Pinch of chili flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, red onion, green olives, and feta cubes.
  • In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, pressed garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and chili flakes (if using).
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  • Let the salad sit for 5–10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve fresh and enjoy!
