For the Salad: 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved 2 Persian cucumber diced 1 red onion thinly sliced 15 green olives pitted 100 g feta cheese cubed For the Dressing: 3 extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp lemon juice about ½ lemon 2 clove garlic minced 1 tsp dried oregano salt and pepper to taste Pinch of chili flakes optional
