This One-Pan Egg Breakfast Burger is made entirely in a pan—featuring fluffy eggs, golden toasted buns, crispy bacon, melty cheddar, and fresh toppings. It’s quick, satisfying, and full of flavor!
Start by cooking the bacon in a pan over medium heat until it's golden and crispy. Once done, place it on a paper towel to drain the excess oil.
In a clean, dry pan, toast the burger buns cut-side down until they're nicely golden and slightly crisp. No oil is needed for this step. Set the buns aside.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with a pinch of chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
Lightly oil a non-stick pan and pour in the egg mixture over medium-low heat. Let it cook for a few seconds until the eggs begin to set.
While the eggs are still soft, place the top bun half cut side down and the bottom bun half facing up directly onto the eggs. Let it cook like this until the egg is mostly set underneath.
Carefully flip the entire thing so the buns are now on the bottom and the egg is on top.
Add the fillings by layering a slice of cheddar cheese, a fresh lettuce leaf, three crispy bacon strips, two slices of tomato, and two rings of red onion on top of the egg.
Gently fold the buns together into a sandwich, press lightly, and let it sit in the pan for another 30 seconds so the cheese melts and everything comes together.
Serve hot and enjoy your crispy egg-wrapped breakfast burger!
