  • Make the Batter – In a large bowl, mix flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the parmesan cheese, then add the milk and eggs, whisking until smooth.
  • Coat the Cauliflower – Toss the cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  • Add Panko – Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs into the same bowl. Shake gently, moving the bowl up and down, to evenly coat the cauliflower.
  • Bake – Arrange the coated florets on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
