Ingredients
  

  • 500 g green asparagus
  • 2 balls of Burrata
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes
  • Zest of 1 organic lemon
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Dressing:

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  • Place the asparagus and cherry tomatoes in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, add minced garlic, lemon zest, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.
  • Roast in the oven for 15 minutes until the asparagus is tender and the tomatoes slightly burst.
  • Meanwhile, arrange the Burrata on a serving plate.
  • For the dressing, whisk together olive oil, honey, lemon juice, and chili flakes.
  • Once the veggies are done roasting, spoon them over the Burrata. Drizzle generously with the dressing.
  • Pour some of the flavorful pan juices over the top for an extra burst of flavor.
