125 g Rice 1 Avocado (optional) 300 g Shrimp 2 garlic cloves 1 tsp Chili flakes Salt to taste Seasoning: 2-4 tbsp homemade chili oil
Prepare Shrimp: In a large pan, heat some olive oil over medium heat.
Add whole garlic cloves (with skin) and chili flakes to the pan, and sauté until fragrant.
Generously season the shrimp with salt, then add them to the pan.
Cook the shrimp until they turn pink and opaque, usually around 2-3 minutes per side.
Once cooked, remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside. Peel the garlic cloves and discard the skins.
Make Lamb's Lettuce Salad: In a mixing bowl, combine Lamb's Lettuce, finely chopped shallot, vinegar, olive oil, Italian herbs, stevia sugar, and salt.
Toss until well combined.
Assemble Bowl: Divide the cooked rice into serving bowls.
Top each bowl with the cooked shrimp.
If using avocado, slice it and add it to the bowls.
Spoon the prepared Lamb's Lettuce salad over the shrimp and rice.
