Fresh radishes get smashed and tossed in a chili-sesame dressing for a zesty, spicy salad that’s quick to make, fun to serve, and bursting with flavor.
Place the radishes on a cutting board and gently smash each one with a kitchen mallet or the flat side of a chef’s knife until just cracked but still intact.
Transfer the smashed radishes into a clean glass jar.
Add the spring onion, garlic, sesame oil, chili crisp oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, lime juice, and sesame seeds directly into the jar.
Seal the jar tightly and shake well until the radishes are evenly coated.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors develop.
Shake again before serving and enjoy straight from the jar or poured into a serving bowl.
