Ingredients
  

For the Coleslaw:

  • 1/2 pointed cabbage
  • 1/2 salt
  • 1 carrot
  • 6 radishes

For the Dressing:

  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the vegetables: Thinly slice the pointed cabbage into a large bowl, slice the radishes into thin rounds, and julienne the carrot into thin strips.
  • Soften the cabbage: Sprinkle the cabbage with salt and gently toss to help it soften slightly.
  • Make the dressing: In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, pepper, chili flakes, agave syrup, and chopped dill until smooth.
  • Mix it all: Add the radishes and carrot to the cabbage. Pour the dressing over everything and toss until everything is nicely coated.
  • Serve: Serve immediately for crunch, or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
