Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium tomato
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 slices toast bread
  • 1 Burrata cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Tomato: Slice the tomato into thin slabs and lay them on a paper towel. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Let sit while you prepare the other ingredients, then pat the tomatoes slightly dry.
  • Assemble the Sandwich: Spread half of the Burrata cheese onto one slice of toast bread and the other half onto the second slice of toast. Layer the tomato slices on top of the Burrata on each slice. Sprinkle with a bit more salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and top with fresh basil leaves. Place the slices of bread together to form the sandwich.
  • Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix together the butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Spread this mixture onto the outsides of the sandwich.
  • Cook the Sandwich: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is warm and slightly melted.
  • Serve: Remove the sandwich from the skillet, let it cool for a minute, then slice and enjoy!
