Ingredients
  

For the Toast:

  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove peeled
  • 1 ball of burrata
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

For the Roasted Tomatoes:

  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • fresh basil leaves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
  • Toss cherry tomatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh basil in an oven-safe dish.
  • Roast the tomatoes for 20–25 minutes until blistered.
  • Toast sourdough bread and drizzle with ½ tbsp olive oil.
  • Rub the toasted bread with a peeled garlic clove.
  • Tear the burrata in half and place on the toast.
  • Spoon the roasted tomatoes over the burrata.
  • Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
