For the Toast: 1 slice sourdough bread 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 garlic clove peeled 1 ball of burrata 1 tbsp honey Fresh basil leaves for garnish For the Roasted Tomatoes: 100 g cherry tomatoes 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste fresh basil leaves
Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
Toss cherry tomatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh basil in an oven-safe dish.
Roast the tomatoes for 20–25 minutes until blistered.
Toast sourdough bread and drizzle with ½ tbsp olive oil.
Rub the toasted bread with a peeled garlic clove.
Tear the burrata in half and place on the toast.
Spoon the roasted tomatoes over the burrata.
Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
